When HeyLO! first approached us, they faced a critical hurdle: a website user journey that was too complex.

Despite offering incredible products – from artisan keto bread to innovative low-carb snacks – potential customers risked getting lost before reaching the checkout.

We've mapped the entire customer journey – from initial awareness to long-term retention – to understand how keto and weight-loss customers actually shop. Our initial work has included:

  • Navigation restructuring: Simplifying the site architecture so customers can find keto bread and bakery items in seconds.
  • Conversion path redesign: Removing unnecessary steps and clarifying calls-to-action to guide users seamlessly from browsing to checkout.
  • SEO & performance integration: Using data-driven insights to improve organic visibility for high-value terms while ensuring all technical elements support a fast, smooth experience.
